Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Because we provide custom printed products we cannot provide returns for sizing issues or buyers remorse. It is your responsibility to check the sizing charts provided on the product pages and to ensure your design is to your specifications before finalizing the order.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations under any circumstances. All orders are made-to-order and the process begins immediately after an order is placed. If you have a question about a cancellation of an order please email us at recordedclothing@gmail.com We will do our best to see if we can accommodate a cancellation request, but it is not guaranteed.
